Scoring Overview

Fantasy Bowling League offers 10 different scoring modes to suit any league style. Each mode calculates points differently, allowing leagues to customize their competition.

Standings are automatically updated after each week's games based on the selected scoring mode.

10 Scoring Modes

Classic Points

Traditional points-per-pin scoring

Example: 1 point per pin bowled

Head-to-Head

Win/loss based on weekly matchups

Example: 1 point for win, 0 for loss

Pick 'Em

Predict winners each week

Example: 1 point for correct prediction

Salary Cap

Performance-based with salary multipliers

Example: Pins × salary multiplier

Streak Mode

Bonus points for consecutive wins

Example: 1 point per win + streak bonus

Upset Bonus

Extra points for beating higher-ranked teams

Example: Base points + upset bonus

Beat the Pro

Score based on beating PBA averages

Example: Points above PBA average

Wildcard Events

Bonus points for special achievements

Example: Perfect game, 300 series, etc.

Fantasy Doubles

Team-based scoring with doubles

Example: Combined team performance

Bracket Knockout

Tournament-style bracket scoring

Example: Win bracket = advance round

How Standings Work

Automatic Calculation

Standings are calculated automatically after each week's games. Points are awarded based on the league's selected scoring mode.

Ranking

Teams are ranked by total points. Tiebreakers are determined by head-to-head record and point differential.

Weekly Updates

Check the Standings page to see current league rankings, team records, and detailed statistics.

Viewing Standings

Access standings for any league:

  1. Go to the Standings page
  2. Select your league
  3. View current rankings and statistics
  4. Click on a team to see detailed stats
